Several years ago, I got a chance to work as a volunteer teacher in a remote mountain area in China. The great experience I had there made me realize working with children is so meaningful and interesting. All the education books I read opened a bright new door for me. I worked at a Waldorf kindergarten with 3 to 6 years old children in China for two years. We did all different kinds of interesting things with the children. Like painting, handcrafts, baking and field trips. I have a bachelor's degree in Food Sciences and have been attending City College of SF to study Early Childhood Education since moving to San Francisco from China in January 2021. I worked at a play based preschool in SF for 1 year.
