With a decade dedicated to enriching the lives of adults and seniors, I'm deeply committed to fostering their well-being and independence. My college degree has provided me with a solid foundation. In addition I am a certified Home Care Aide with the state of Washington. I provide respite care, transportation, and assistance with errands, shopping, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I am experienced in dementia care, medical management, and encouraging physical activity. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience. I offer verbal updates to families, respecting their preferred communication methods. Building connections with care recipients means respecting their independence and maintaining a compassionate, friendly, and calm approach. I'm CPR and First Aid certified.
