Experience: 10 yrs
Fostering a child's growth and development is my true passion. With 10 years of experience caring for children ages 0 to 11, I offer a patient, calm, and creative environment for your family. I hold First Aid Training and CPR Training certifications, and my Early Child Development Coursework allows me to support your child's learning through educational games and puzzles. I am equally comfortable leading outdoor sports or physical play. I prioritize your preferences by following your lead on household rules and using your chosen method for daily updates. Whether I am caring for one child or three, I remain dedicated to making a positive impact on their lives. I look forward to the opportunity to bring my experience and genuine enthusiasm into your home to help your little ones thrive.
Ms. Sharon is amazing! She has the most important job in the world, taking care of our baby, and we are so fortunate to have met and hired her. She worked full-time in our home from early September of 2025 (when our baby was 5 months old) until mid June of 2026 when I left my job (when our baby was 14 months old). We would trust her with all our lives. She is extremely knowledgeable about children, brings positive energy to everything she does, and is a true professional. We have a large dog and an indoor cat, and she is kind and caring to them as well. She and our daughter frequently read, play outside, and play with toys in our play areas. She teaches our daughter sign language signs and works with her on motor skill development, babbling, tummy time, and identifying objects by name, among other skills. Sharon is encouraging and warm, and really helps our baby learn and grow. I worked from home and traveled for work while Sharon worked with us, and I both enjoyed chatting with her while working from home and felt completely comfortable leaving her alone with our baby during days I was gone or during evenings when we asked her to babysit. She has extensive childcare certifications (more than anyone else we interviewed, and we interviewed 11 caregivers before choosing Sharon) and she is approved by the military's CCYH program. We're going to miss having her care full-time, and we look forward to continuing to hire her for babysitting needs. I strongly recommend that anyone reading this interview her and hire her, if she's available.
