Michelle was our nanny for over 4 years for our now 5 year old and 3 year old boy. She cared for them starting 9 months for the older one and as a newborn for the younger one. The boys absolutely love her and so do my husband and I. She is caring, engaging, a great teacher for the boys. They have been on so many adventures together, whether it’s using our community pool in the summer, playing in the park with other peers, or reading and coloring , she is wonderful at shaping what my two boys have become. She is super communicative and always on time or early, and super reliable. My kids also have allergies and eczema and always knew how to manage that with the food and special creams and protocol. She was amazing at prepping food and snacks and kept to a great routine especially when they were babies. I can’t say enough about Michelle, truly an extension of our family!
