Sharita seemed professional and presented herself as having good experience level. The first day she was to come to work, she texted that morning to say she had pressing business. She showed up for the last 2 hours of her shift. I came from out of town to cover for her. After assuring me 3 times that she would be there for her next scheduled shift, I got a text the night before saying she would not be coming to care for my father.
