About Sharie

Hello, my name is Sharie. I've been a caregiver for three years with an agency and two years on my own. I have experience with dementia and Parkinson's. I truly enjoy caring for and the company of senior citizens; making them comfortable, happy and enabling them to go through the day with my assistance. It is very gratifying to be able to make things easier and to know my help is truly appreciated and enjoyed. I feel you need to be a special kind of person to do this job. A caregiver needs to be caring, compassionate, understanding and a good listener. Services include: personal care (dressing/bathing), excellent companionship, light housekeeping (home organization), laundry, meal preparation, grocery shopping, errands, doctor appointments, outings, physical assistance into and out of wheelchair/bed, transportation and medicine reminders. I also take care of family pets as if they are my own. I own a small dog (Buster) and he gets along great with people and other dogs. I provide quality care and companionship and am honest, dependable, punctual and trustworthy. I'm looking to work for a family who needs their loved one to be taken care of by a personal/caring/compassionate caregiver. I'm a Certified Home Health Aide, and I also have my CPR certificate. I live in the Coral Springs area, and I serve all of Broward County. I'm available for part-time or full-time work.
