I'd describe my personality as caring for others, I am confident, and have a positive outlook on things most times. I like working with kids because I like to assist with building their foundation, I love the fulfillment in kids reaching milestones. I'm looking for a job that fits for me and families, longevity, and professional relationships with families and kids. I started working with kids when I was 18 when I worked in my first in home childcare, I started working in Centers in 2016, and 2020, I started as a center director at a childcare facility. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my husband and two children of my own, I love to read books, and I enjoy cooking new recipes. One thing you should know about me is I will take care of your children like my own, find and do whatever works for each child individuality, remain reliable. My skills include lots of patience, consistency in routine as needed, flexible as needed as well.
