About Shardane

Shardane was an exceptional caregiver for our toddler son, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She was consistently punctual (often arriving a few minutes early), dependable, professional, and incredibly engaged throughout the day. What stood out most was her remarkable ability to interact verbally with our son constantly in such a thoughtful, attentive, and developmentally enriching way. Within just a week, we noticed a significant increase in his vocabulary and self-expression, to the point that other parents commented on how much his communication had advanced. Shardane was always fully present and attentive, never distracted by her phone, and she regularly sent thoughtful photo updates of their activities throughout the day, which we greatly appreciated. She engaged him in a wonderful variety of activities, including reading, interactive conversation, and playground visits. She is extremely patient and has a calm, effective ability to redirect toddlers and guide behavior in a positive and nurturing way. In addition to outstanding childcare, she also helped with light tidying and laundry related to J., which was very helpful for our family. Any family would be fortunate to have her, and I highly recommend her!
