About Shaquandra

Working as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on the med-surgical floo has been an incredibly enriching experience. This role has allowed me to gain extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in caring for adult and elderly patients. I have developed a deep understanding of their unique needs and how to provide compassionate, effective care. The diverse patient population and the dynamic environment of the med-surgical floor have honed my skills in patient care, communication, and teamwork. Through this experience, I have learned to manage a variety of medical conditions, respond to emergencies, and support patients and their families during challenging times.
