We came into town for a wedding and realized we needed help with my elderly mother who is in a wheelchair. I only had a few days to find help but Shaquan responded right away and offered to jump in. She was literally a life saver! Her communication was very fast every time I messaged her and she was always giving me updates as well. She managed my mother, the wheelchair, a walker, and kept up with my mother's personal belongings all while transporting her to and from activities. She arrived early on every occasion. She was so patient, kind, and compassionate with my mother. We had to make last minute adjustments and changes and Shaquan even made changes with her own schedule to accommodate us. I could not have asked for anything more. She truly went above and beyond with us. I sincerely cannot say how much she saved us that weekend. My mother would not have been able to attend all of the wedding activities if it not had been for Shaquan. Highly recommend her!
