Shantrell replied to a job we had posted. She was very pleasant and cordial. We did the initial interviews, got her references and she completed our job application. She indicated she was interested in the job, so we proceeded with the hiring process. All the while, she indicated she was interested in the position. When we were ready for her to start working with us she stopped communicating with us. As a professional courtesy, all she had to do was communicate that she was no longer interested. Instead she left us hanging. The only reason she got two stars was because she was pleasant and cordial. Otherwise, it would have been one star.
