I am a dedicated Behavior Technician and Paraprofessional with experience supporting children with autism and other developmental disabilities in both home and school settings. As the mother of a child with Level 3 autism, I bring not only professional training but also firsthand understanding, patience, and compassion to every family I work with. I have experience implementing behavior intervention plans, teaching communication and daily living skills, supporting positive behaviors, and creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive. I understand that every child is unique and believe in meeting them where they are while working closely with families to help them reach their goals
