About Shantel

I have two years of experience working with children with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and autism, where I supported their daily needs, implemented behavior and learning plans, and encouraged growth in communication, social, and life skills. Through patience, consistency, and a supportive approach, I was able to help children build independence, confidence, and positive relationships. I am also currently completing my dual degree in Psychology, which is further strengthening my understanding of human behavior and development, and enhancing my ability to support children and families with diverse needs.
