About Shannon

I am an experienced, sweet, compassionate, and extremely caring babysitter and/or nanny. I am comfortable with any kind of pets you may have, as well! Most importantly, I know from experience how important and essential having a dependable and trusting babysitter/nanny can be to busy parents, as well as, families trying to accommodate various schedules! I come from a very unique blended family with siblings of all ages, the youngest of which who are currently 6 years old and 10 years old. I have babysat and nannied throughout high school and college, and I am capable of caring for children of all ages, ranging from newborns to teenagers. This comfortably and ease in providing child care, has been gleamed from my experience caring for my own young siblings and younger members of my extended family. My baby sister was born during the first week of my senior year of high school at Southlake Carroll. While the structure of my new blended family is rather unconventional, it has also seasoned me in helping me to understand and provide care for families with varying family dynamics! I love kids and would love to help you out in anyway I can. You will never have to worry leaving your beloved children in my more than capable hands! :) I am also more than willing to help with homework, lite housework, and I am a big proponent/encourager of increased reading for kids at a young age. The younger and more and more they start reading/read the better!
