Shannon is very patient, caring, and attentive. She works harder at her job than anyone I know. She answers her client's calls, often after hours, even in the middle of the night, and still works the next day. She ensures her client is properly medicated and fed, and engages the client in conversations, and finally makes sure her client is safely and comfortably bedded down every night. This review is just too short. She is everything discussed above, and very, very much more.
