I have worked in child care 8 years now. I have been a lead teacher for 3-4-year-olds where I was responsible for daily lesson planning, serving snacks and lunch, and maintaining a clean, loving, safe environment for the children. I also had the opportunity to work at a school for almost 2 years as an asst. teacher. I have also been a nanny for a family that had 3 children (twins 7 yrs old, 4yrs old). Watching a child grow, develop new skills and personalities is one of my passions! I enjoy arts and letting the children's creativity take over. From painting pictures to building towers of sticks and glue to making shaving cream beards, I'm all for it! I am also always willing to work with children on academic things to the best of my ability.
