I have experience from a pretty early age. First is helping take care of two younger siblings. Then gradually worked towards nannying. Over the years, I have watched a wide range of ages. The youngest was 1-year-old, and I nannied for him and his 4-year-old brother at that time. I also had experience with almost 2-year-old twins, and their 5-year-old brother. There have been various jobs and ages between that, but the most, Ive ever taken on was four young kids at one time, and that was actually a lot of fun :)
