About Shannon

Hi! My name is Shannon and I'm a rising senior at PU studying Child Studies. I have experience working with children of all ages and truly enjoy creating a safe, fun, and supportive environment where they can learn and grow. I currently work in a before- and after-school program at a local elementary school, serve as a substitute paraprofessional for the Region 15 School District, and work as a substitute teacher at a daycare. These roles have given me experience supporting children with a variety of needs, personalities, and age groups. I am certified in CPR, First Aid, and AED, have reliable transportation, and can provide excellent references upon request. Whether it's helping with homework, planning engaging activities, or simply providing dependable care, I'm committed to making families feel comfortable and confident that their children are in good hands.
