Shannon was initially someone we thought would be a good fit, but we had issues with lack of boundaries. While I was in the ER , which I communicated to her, she demanded payment for the 2 days she worked that week. I responded that I had just gotten discharged and would pay her by the end of day Friday which was within the weekly terms. She proceeded to demand payment and gave me an ultimatum of paying her or she would take another job. This was in the first two weeks of employment.
