About Shannon

Hello! My name is Shannon and I'm super passionate about working with children. My first job was teaching swim lessons, then I started nannying and working as a princess at disneyland. those were both amazing experiences where I've been able to work with so many different types of kids. I also have my bachelors degree from california state university- fullerton in child and adolescent development. with that background, I've been trained extensively on teaching and helping children learn and grow. As for hobbies, I've also taught skateboarding, art (painting, drawing, crafts), and many different sports including water polo and soccer. I have entertainment training in dancing, acting, and theatre- so I'm prepared for any interest your child may have- or want to have! I'm very comfortable with housekeeping and cooking as well; I've been responsible for those tasks for all the families I've worked for.
