From the first conversation we had, there was a genuine connection with Shannon - like an old friend or sister. I just knew she'd be a great companion and extra caregiver to my Mom. Shannon is extremely good at what Mom and I need her for and she truly cares. Shannon is upbeat, energetic and very dependable. On the rare occasion something changes with her schedule, she always provides ample notice. There are many times Shannon has gone above and beyond and she and I keep in regular contact to make she we're aligned on Mom's care and well-being. Also, she makes the best grilled cheese sandwich I have ever tasted!!!
