Hello! My name is Shannon and I am a licensed teacher and specialize in reading intervention. I taught in Granite School District for 7 years and spent most of my time in lower elementary grades. I loved my job as a 2nd grade teacher and later, a reading interventionist, but I decided to resign to take care of my two daughters at home. I am currently looking for a very part-time job as a tutor for a family who needs some extra support! I love spending time with kids as well as enhancing their basic and academic skills. I have a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education with a minor degree in Human Development and Family Sciences. Shannon is amazing, I can't say enough good about her! She was always on time, played with my kids, and was willing to help with homework, carpool and meal prep. She was great about communicating with us, and we felt like we could trust her 100%.
