About Shannon
Experience: 10 yrs
Hello! I am a mother of three children with a 23-year-old daughter and twin boys who are 20. I have been working with children since I was 12 years old. My first job was babysitting and have been a lifeguard, swim coach, swim lesson instructor, pre-school teacher, nanny, tutor, and a VA licensed special education teacher. I was a special education teacher in the elementary and high school setting for over 10 years. I love to keep the children active by playing games, going on walks, swimming, and any other activities they enjoy. I adore babies and love working with children of all ages and helping them thrive. Since 2020, I have taken care of 6 infants long-term, until they were placed in daycare at 12 months. Please reach out if you need care.
