About Shannon

My name is Ilayda which means "water sprite" in Turkish, I am a recent graduate of the University of Central Florida with a creative writing and English degree. While I create and write in my free time I also, I have been working at a daycare up until recently while looking for something more 1 on 1 with a family. I make butterfly earrings and essential oil roll on's and am a lover of the Arts of all kinds. My dream is to eventually write children books, while I consider going back to school to receive a teaching certificate. I love children and am experienced with working with children through after school programs as well as daycare/child care centers.
