We have never had a Nanny before and we were hesitant about letting someone into our home but Shannon was amazing. She was professional, organized, extremely flexible, always on time, and treated our kids like her own. It was amazing to to come to a clean house and the kids laundry was done. She made a schedule for our 8 week old and actually taught us a lot that we didn't know about infants. She was absolutely AMAZING and a joy to have around!!!!!
