Hi y'all! My name is Shelby and I live in Telluride and teach at Rainbow Preschool. I am currently on maternity leave after having my baby early August. With my toddler in school, I have enough free time to pick up some caretaking jobs here and there until I go back to work full time in December. I would need to bring my newborn but that wouldn't effect my work since he would just be strapped to my chest! I have been a nanny and babysat for many families in both Texas & Colorado, so I have references upon request. I grew up in Houston Texas and went to school in College Station Texas. The children at Rainbow range from ages 3-5 and I really enjoy it. We go skiing with the kids in the winter but in the summer we do all kinds of activities outdoors. I can get very creative with activities that are super fun and engaging.

I have known Shelby and her family for many years. I first knew Shelby in toddler years, and have been privileged to be part of processes and programs during her growing up years in our parish. She has been part of presentation and volunteer teams working with children as well as adults with dementia and Alzheimer's. She is a respectful, committed young lady who would be an asset to any family seeking appropriate and loving care for their children!
