I am looking for part time/flexible work, helping someone local. For the last few years, I have been caring for infants and toddlers. I have also cared for a friend with a Terminal illness within the last year. I watched her family struggle to find a responsible person that would actually show up when scheduled. There were times when hospice or a nurse wasn't needed (or wasn't available) and the family simply needed someone to fill in the gaps when they weren't available. It was then that I realized that this probably happens quite often when someone doesn't have family or a support system nearby.
