Shannon has been absolutely wonderful from the interview process to hiring and beginning work. She is providing cleaning services for myself as well as my Grandparents. After just two visits, I feel confident saying that Shannon is dependable, flexible, conscientious, and very thorough. Not only does she take care of the things I have asked her to do, she exhibits initiative to complete other tasks that she sees clearly need to be done--which I value so highly. We appreciate Shannon and already find that we don't want to live without her. And since Shannon is also helping my grandparents who are in their mid-80s, it was important to share that Shannon is wonderful with them--friendly and gracious--and they love her too!
