About Shannon

I've worked for a number of families in the nashville area with children ranging from newborn to starting kindergarten. My personal belief is that childhood should be joyous! When your children are with me there will be story books read aloud with silly voices, imaginative games and play time, coloring or other creative outlets, and of course, intensive backyard exploration! I am a patient caregiver that knows a child's emotions can be fluid, but mine will be steady, calm, and full of warmth. I love to use nap time to tidy up toys and spaces in the house or fold and start a new load of laundry. I'm completely at ease in a kitchen and happy to prepare meals and snackies! My ideal family is looking for 2-3 days a week that they can leave the house with peace of mind and mom/dad can get done all the things on their list. Knowing that their kids are safe and sound and well taken care of!
