About Shannon

Hello! I am a senior at NYU and spend my free time scuba diving, learning the Irish language, dancing, and learning new recipes. I have taught children's theater since I was in high school, and have a huge passion for helping young people to creatively express themselves. Growing up with a mom who is a Kindergarten teacher who specializes in working with children on the spectrum, I have a unique understanding of how to support both children and parents with a multitude of situations. I believe in leading with kindness and I am so excited for this next generation of brilliant minds. Additionally, I am Foundations and Health and Safety certified, Identifying and Responding to Anaphylaxis certified, Mandated Reporter certified, Food Safe certified, and CPR and First Aid certified
