I have worked in a number of settings with children, ranging from early childhood centers, to being an in home nanny. I bring with me a wealth of knowledge in Early Childhood Development, a love of the arts, and a fun, imaginative, and loving nature. I am willing to work with your children and plan activities based on where they are in development. I always meet the children where they are at, but challenge them to learn new things and to explore the world around them. I am an animal lover so I am very open to having pets in the home. Shannon is a beyond fabulous professional nanny and early childhood educator. Shannon has taken care of two of our children for almost four years. She started with my older son at 8 months and has continued, taking care of my younger son who is now 19 months. Over the past three years, Shannon has done an amazing job keeping our kids safe and loved, cultivating their interests, introducing them to the parks, libraries, and museums in the area, and supporting my partner and I as new parents. She's capable, creative, fun, and responsible.
