About Shannara

I'm currently a cat mommy to two extremely spoiled felines. I'm also a fish mommy to 27 fish (in four different tanks). In the past, I've been a hamster mommy and a guinea pig mommy. While I've never been a dog mommy, I have dog-sat on several occasions. I'm very passionate about my love for animals of all kinds. So, passionate, in fact, that I got married at the aquarium and when my husband and I go on vacation, instead of leaving the cats at home alone, they ("the grandkittens") go to "Camp Grandma-Grandpa." Some people would consider my love for animals ridiculous, but I can't help but think of pets as angels with fur (or gills... or wings... or even scales). And I would love to take care of yours.
