Shanna took care of our mentally disabled 51 year old sister and did light housekeeping chores. We found Shanna to be bright, reliable, punctual, patient and very caring of our sister. She detected an infection at an early stage in our sister and facilitated her getting prompt medical care which was life saving. We will always be appreciative of her help.
