Shaniya formed with my son from the moment she met him when he was one year old, and over the course of the year and a half that Shaniya looked after him, they formed a a strong bond. She is attentive and caring and really made the extra effort to get to know him, his likes, dislikes, etc. She made sure to follow up with us and check in on him even when she wasn't looking after him, letting us know that she really cared. Our son loves her and despite us not working with Shaniya day-to-day anymore, he still talks about her and he is always delighted to see her, when we run into her in the neighborhood. I highly recommend her for any parent looking for care for their young child.
