Shaniqua has done evening and nighttime care for our twins for almost three months. She is a wonderful caregiver and is truly exceptional at what she does. Throughout the time she has worked for us she has been a consistently dedicated and reliable individual. When she initially came to work with us we were two very extremely tired people. We did not have a sleep and feeding schedule. We were still getting very little sleep and had not had a night to ourselves in months. We were both a little skeptical of working with someone we did not know, especially at night. Shaniqua eased our fears. She is such a friendly and nurturing person. We were immediately impressed with how easily she took to our babies and how well they took to her.
