Shanika was our nanny for three years. The only reason we parted ways was because we moved. We absolutely loved having Shanika as our nanny, she became a part of our family. She was and still is, incredibly kind, patient, understanding, reliable, resourceful, and caring. We often said the reason our children are so caring is because of Shanika. She started with us when our daughter turned six months and she continued with us as our family expanded. She can handle more than one child with ease and grace.
