About Shanice

As an former childcare provider with six years of experience, I am passionate about creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for your child to grow and learn. My journey into childcare began with fulfilling babysitting and nanny roles, which ignited my desire to make a positive impact on children's lives. I am patient, calm, and friendly, and I believe that open communication is key in building strong relationships with both children and parents. I am currently working as a RBT with flexibility in the afternoons and evenings I have a college degree and have completed coursework in early child development, special needs courses, CPR training, and first aid training. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, from outdoor sports to board games and educational games. I am willing to help with light housekeeping and am committed to supporting families and providing reliable childcare.
