We met Shanice at the YMCA, she was working in the child center. Our son loved Shanice and she always took very good care of him while at the Y. When our situation changed and we needed permanent childcare, naturally she was the first person we considered. Shanice was our son's care giver twice a week. She was always on time and my son lit up every time he would see her. She would take him on walks, play with him and send me pictures. (Moms you know how much this means! ) She was a very good fit for our family. If I couldn't be with my son, the next person I would want to take care of him, is Shanice.
