Hi, my name is Shania! I am 28 and I have been babysitting ever since. Previously I was a residential program behavior specialist then joined a crisis team as clinician and service coordinator for adults with intellectual disabilities/ other mental health challenges . I've worked casually as a babysitter since college and made the full time switch to nannying in Sept 2023. It was a very difficult decision to leave my caseload, but it has reopened a love for understanding early childhood development and helping little ones and their families through its ups and downs.
