About Shanelle

Unlocking a student's unique potential is at the heart of my teaching practice. With five years of experience, I specialize in Music, Drama, and Sports & Fitness for elementary and middle school students. My approach centers on building confidence and fostering a genuine love for learning through personalized support. I adapt to your needs by observing how you interact with new material, utilizing visual aids, discussions, and hands-on activities to ensure success. When concepts become challenging, I break them down into manageable steps and connect them to your personal interests to keep you motivated. I believe open communication is essential for building trust and achieving your goals. Nothing is more rewarding than witnessing that "aha!" moment when a concept finally clicks. I am ready to support your academic journey at your home, a local center, online, or a community space, and I truly look forward to growing alongside you.
