About Shandrea

I'd describe my personality as energetic, compassionate and creative. I like working with kids because I love knowing that the care I am providing is effectuating change in the world. Being apart of enriching the future is important to me I'm looking for a job that nurtures my love for teaching and caring for children. I thrive in environments where there is structure and creativity. In 2006, I joined an Early Childhood program in high school and have worked with children ever since. In my spare time, I like to read, do jigsaw puzzles, and dance. I love nature and often go for hikes and picnics. One thing you should know about me is safety is my top priority. After being a Preschool Director, I understand the importance of having safety measures in place to ensure success. I will always go above and beyond for my families. I am always happy and ready to help. My skills include child development knowledge, behavior management and conflict resolution, and multi-tasking.
