About Shana

Hi! I'm Shana, but I go by my middle name, Amber. I've loved caring for children for as long as I can remember, and childcare has always been something that comes naturally to me. I have decades of experience caring for children through Head Start programs, daycares, and nanny positions. But my greatest and most rewarding experience has been raising my own three amazing children. Each of them is completely unique, and being their mom has taught me that every child needs-and deserves-love, patience, attention, and care that is tailored to who they are. I'm certified in New Mexico with a 45-hour childcare certification and also hold current CPR and First Aid certifications. I have experience creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, explore, and simply be themselves. Helping children feel safe, loved, valued, and confident is what I do best. I would love the opportunity to bring that same level of care, patience, and dedication to your family!
