My name is Shana and I have 10+ years of childcare and household management experience. I'm an educationally-minded caregiver with a patient and nurturing disposition, well suited for working in environments that require a high level of trust. My extensive childcare experiences have provided a solid foundation in fostering developmental growth and building an enriched environment for the children I care for. My M. S. in Public Health, coupled with my previous experience as an Administrative Coordinator at A. I. duPont Hospital for Children have equipped me with the skills to be a highly organized, household manager who is skilled at balancing the needs of the busy families I support. I'm an energetic, self-motivated individual whose goal is to improve the day to day life of the families I assist, while making a positive impact on the lives of the children I care for.
