Shamira is a dedicated and loyal caregiver. She stepped up to the challenge of a complex case and continued to grow as a caregiver gaining new skills and techniques for future use. The amount of love and compassion shown for her client is astounding. Commitment and punctuality was never a concern. She always kept the family updated on changing conditions and concerns. If I had the opportunity to need care again, I'd hire her again in a heartbeat!
