We feel incredibly fortunate to have had a caregiver like Shameka for our three daughters, aged 10, 8, and 4. Shameka began working with our girls July 2023. From day one, she has shown exceptional care, kindness, and dedication to our children’s well-being and development. Shameka possesses a unique ability to connect with each of our daughters on their individual levels, understanding their different needs and personalities. She engages our 10-year-old with thoughtful conversations and educational activities, nurtures our 8-year-old who is dyslexic, creative side with fun projects, that she uses to strengthen her reading skills, and lovingly entertains our 4-year-old with imaginative play and age-appropriate She is professional. She is always punctual, reliable, and communicates effectively with us about our children’s daily routines and lets us know immediately if any concerns that arise. Her proactive approach to childcare ensures our daughters are always in a safe and stimulating environment. One of the standout qualities of Shameka is her patience and calm demeanor. She handles the inevitable chaos of a household with multiple young children with grace and a smile. Our girls absolutely adore her, and we have seen significant positive changes in their behavior and attitudes since she became part of our family.
