13 years of experience as a full-time Nanny with professional agencies. I have experience working for High Profile Families and can provide an extensive resume' / excellent references. My husband of 14 years is active duty military and we currently have no children. I have worked with children newborn-12 years and have extensive training in Childhood Development. I'm passionate about kids! I am very energetic! My time spent with children is focused on enriching their knowledge, to help them learn and grow. Areas that I have much experience serving families with are; transportation, packing/travel, housekeeping, bath time, nap time, meals, teaching and guidance with homework, play time, event planning and regular outings, etc. I am licensed as a Nurse's Aid and though I previously worked in hospice, I have found that caring for children is truly where my heart is! I have made it my life's work, but it is more than just a 'job'. Its my heart. I am open to full-time or part-time.

Shalise has been a wonderful part time nanny for my family for the past year. She's worked between 20-30 hours a week for us. She started caring for my children when they were 3 mos, 2 yrs and 3 yrs old. She is always happy and pleasant with the kids. She gets down on their level to play games and often comes with special activities (baking muffins, some type of new craft, flash cards) already planned out. She respects the kids, and they respect her. She is firm with her rules, and they (for the most part) listen. She is professional and arrives on time. She is flexible and willing to jump in when we need an additional day or an additional few hours of help. We've also used her for date nights this year and she's had no issue feeding, bathing and putting all three down for bed. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing care for their children.
