About Shala

I found Shala because she was my friend's nanny and I needed someone to do occasional babysitting. My friend was kind enough to share her from time to time. Shala has taken care of my 3 kids: Boy 11, Girl 9, Girl 4. It is rare to find a sitter who also is responsible and trustworthy AND especially great because she can do driving (pickup drop off). My son LOVES her because she is super athletic. (she is multi-sport athlete). She is an effective communicator, presents herself well, healthy, patient and kind. She is great listening to my girls and playing on their level. She is also tidy and I noticed she makes an effort to clean up when babysitting. She is the kind of sitter that does not need much direction, I think because she is mature for her age. I highly recommend her.
