About Shakyra

I'd describe my personality as fun, outgoing, and adventurous! I like working with kids because I enjoy watching them grow and learn. Kids see life through a different lens and could teach us a thing or two! I started working with kids when my sister opened her daycare, I would spend most of my free time there. I also come from a very big family so I have always either been around kids or babysitting. In my spare time, I like to read, go on nature walks, hang out with friends, or spend time with my nephew. It seems like he's growing more and more everyday and learning new skills! One thing you should know about me is I understand that trusting someone outside of your family with your family is a huge responsibility. I can ensure you that safety is my first concern and your children will be safe with me! I love working with kids and I will treat them as if they were my own family.
