Shakira helped us by assisting our kids with their distance learning and ensured their homework was complete everyday. That was the only requirement along with responsible mask wearing, dealing with our 1 year old dog, preparing lunch and snacks. She met all our requirements. We were at home when she was here (also working from home) so our start time was flexible.
