About Shaira

Experience: 4 yrs

Passionate and reliable childcare provider with experience in teaching, coaching, and youth development. I create safe, fun, and nurturing environments where children can learn, grow, and feel confident. I've worked with children in schools and after-school programs, supporting their social and emotional development. In 2026, I earned my Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, allowing me to better support children with diverse behavioral needs.

In my experience, communication was inconsistent. There were multiple occasions where I had to follow up regarding childcare requests, and my most recent message went unanswered. As a parent, timely communication is important when arranging care, so I ultimately decided to seek other childcare options.
